Offering a more relaxed dining environment than to 2AA Rosette Anderida and with a focus on locally produced food and beverages, the Forest Brasserie opened it’s doors in August. Like so many other hospitality venues, the opening had been delayed by the global pandemic and national shut down, but when we were allowed to open our doors in July, the Forest Brasserie was already waiting. The increased visitors in August allowed the doors to open and welcome the public for the first time and the response has been amazing.
With new uniforms and an open kitchen, where guests can watch the chefs at work, this offers a completely different dining experience. Added to this is the recent combination of our Food and Beverage teams, to enable cross training across all our outlets. This means our staff can develop their skills and progress further in their careers.
