After a busy festive season, January saw an evening of celebration for our team during belated Festive Staff Parties.

In celebration of Halloween, the team at Ashdown Park Hotel took part in a Pumpkin Carving Competition, with a prize for the winner and two runners-up.

Executive Head Chef at The Grand Hotel, Hrvoje Loncarevic, alongside Training Officer Simon King, recently visited the students at Willingdon School for a live cooking demonstration and informational talk about the hospitality sector.

Meet Charlotte Ward who joined The Grand in April this year. Originally from Seaford, Charlotte came into hospitality after a change of career path.
