Congratulations to Joseph James, from our Kitchen Team, who attended his Chef Apprenticeship Graduation that took place at the Berkley Hotel in London this week. Joe served canapes to guests of honour, including parents and Head Chefs from other hotels. The event was also attended by two Celebrity Chefs, John Williams, Head Chef the Ritz Hotel, and Brian Turner who has made various television appearances including Ready Steady Cook.
Joe has now completed his Chef Apprenticeship with the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts and we look forward to seeing him progress in his role at Tylney Hall Hotel
