Tylney Hall Hotel welcomed our new Chef Apprentice Asha Tamang who started at the hotel on Monday 28th September. Asha’s primary objective will be to learn and understand how to carry out the basic functions in every section of the kitchen, giving her the opportunity to experience, consider and value each section with a view to choosing an area where she feels most inspired. Asha has already spent time cooking Soups & Scallops within her role and has received wonderful feedback from Head Chef, Michael Lloyd. We are extremely excited to see how Asha’s learning journey progresses moving forward.
